1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer a range of delivery options for customers in the UK, including:

  • Standard Delivery:
    Delivery typically takes
    3-5 working days from dispatch.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method and the size/weight of your order. You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout.

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed
Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Any orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following working day.

4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package's journey.

5. International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping within the UK. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Issues with Delivery

Return & Exchange Policy


1. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a simple and hassle-free returns process. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return most items within
14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Return

  • Faulty or damaged items can be returned for a full refund or replacement.

3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at order@artsyimage.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return.
  2. We will provide you with instructions for returning your item(s).
  3. Please pack your items securely in their original packaging (if possible) and return them to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a faulty or damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within
14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange an exchange for a different size, colour, or product. If the item is out of stock, we will notify you of any alternatives or issue a refund.

7. Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within
7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue. We may ask for a photo of the damage to process your return or exchange.
